[Lincolnparkdc] Guy stealing in alley at night

This same man tried to steal my bike today between 9th and 10th street and D NE just after 10 am.  He continued to steal the bike even after making eye contact with my daugther through the house window.  Nervous about confronting him she called the police, they came quickly and he fled with the front wheel.   We did file a report. Our photos and videos are also not great but he was wearing the same shirt and mask -   Very sad.
