[Lincolnparkdc] Guy stealing in alley at night

Last night someone stole both wheels on the bike that was locked up behind
my house.  He was wearing a mask so the picture is next to useless, but here
you go.  What's noteworthy is that he first came by at 2:48AM on a moped and
walked around for 3 minutes scouting the alley.  Then he returned at 3:41AM
and spent about 45 minutes working on my bike, walking around the alley
looking at other houses, and even appears to have walked around the block.
Most of this was under our bright security light and he seemed in no hurry
to leave.

 

Below are the video clips of him in case you want to skip through.  A still
of him is attached.  We will of course file a police report, but if you
happen to be out and about at 4AM keep an eye out!
