[Lincolnparkdc] Guy stealing in alley at night

This photo was from last Wed. at 2:10AM at my parking pad.  same guy.  This was sent to my immediate neighbors between 11th and 12th in the alley parallel to East Cap. SE.  Same guy.  Mia

Heads up, a prowler was in the ally checking out my car at 2:10AM this morning.  Luckily it was locked.  
Because my outside spot light and camera went on with the guy’s movement, he fled.  Someone else’s camera should have picked him up?  Mia
