[Lincolnparkdc] who organizes fireworks in park on July 4th?

I personally decided that I would rather faze out fire works when I realized how it affected my wonderful dog and that I could not eat local shell fish or swim in the bay for 10 days.  That was on long Island.  Just saying.  Mia
