So they found places like RFK, Lincoln Park etc to set them off. I think it’s gotten worse since places in Anacostia where lots of people used to watch the mall fireworks (like st Elizabeths) got closed off to the public. <br class=""><br class="">I enjoy them even as I know they are dangerous.
