[Lincolnparkdc] who organizes fireworks in park on July 4th?

Perhaps you are a newcomer?

Before 2 or 3 years ago the FW started weeks before and on the fourth were so powerful and dangerous- sparks landed on neighboring roofs - and went ‘til dawn.  The Park Police by their own admission were too occupied - as they likely will be this year - with the crowd at the Mall.
