[Lincolnparkdc] who organizes fireworks in park on July 4th?

Fireworks are technically illegal in DC, and obviously that's enforced just
as well as the leash requirements for dogs in the Park. The fun of Lincoln
Park's fireworks is that it's unorganized. Show up at dark, see things
explode. AMERICA!
