[Lincolnparkdc] Nothing like a downpour to pinpoint a roof leak...

I have had Tom work on our roof many times, including the same job you are
planning (but with real slate). Always excellent work and follow up. I
can’t recall price but I do know artificial slate would not have been
cheaper. In our case no permitting was necessary.
