[Lincolnparkdc] Nothing like a downpour to pinpoint a roof leak...

For what it's worth. University of Maryland used the faux slate on some of
their newer buildings and they were imperceptibly no different.  UofMD had
to follow strong anesthetic guidelines to keep character if their campus
buildings all while being fiscally and sustainably sound.
