Thanks Tim and Peter.
Also another approach that we should be working towards is asking the
police to always stop at the crosswalks. I don't know how many times I've
stood at 12th St to cross East Capitol and a cop drives right by without
stopping. If the cops don't stop then no one else will either. As Tim said,
it's a whole community effort. Show them we are watching and that we care.
