[Lincolnparkdc] In support for the bike lanes on Capitol Hill

I would second this point.

I'd be curious to know how many folks have successfully evaded an attacker
because they were 20 feet closer to their doorstep. Or if this is just fake
outrage at being angry about losing a parking spot.
