[Lincolnparkdc] Fwd: my Walk around Lincoln Park

I think that’s fair. I also think runners out during the day should use the
bike lanes where available. There aren’t a lot of cars so bikes can safely
pass in the travel lane. (I say this as a runner and biker.)
