[Lincolnparkdc] Cuts in essential bus service

Quick questions:
I understand the city budget is very tight. Is it correct to assume that
removing bus lanes would save money?
And,
If yes, is this a money saving effort that may create funding for the Conn
Ave bike lanes that you and Mr Frumin put back into the city budget request
last week?
And,
If you had to prioritize a tight budget, would you prioritize buses in your
Ward or bike lanes and why?
