[Lincolnparkdc] Cuts in essential bus service

Thanks David! Last year, when WMATA rolled out their Better Bus initial
plans, I held a series of meetings and feedback sessions to help push WMATA
to do better. That led to this letter I submitted to WMATA to make changes:

Now that they're out with their revised plans, I'll do the same again and
this route will be a focal point (along with others). I'll add you to the
list for those emails and updates, and welcome the feedback so that we can
fight for the type of bus connections our neighborhood needs.
