[Lincolnparkdc] Better Bus

You have to go to the map (https://betterbus.wmata.com/commentmap), then
select Current Route, it will bring up a list of routes then you can select
96, there will also be a list of proposed routes. You can select any of
these and it will show you where they will go. Then Update the Map. Or just
select view the full proposed 2025 network, you'll have to scroll in a bit
more.

 Scroll in to Lincoln Park and on the right click add a comment, then click
on Lincoln Park on the map and it will bring up a comment box.
