[Lincolnparkdc] Better Bus

Agree their website is terrible. Every time I go to it I get a different

Go to *Provide Written Comments *and type in comments about the loss of the
96 east of 8th street. If you click on the other links, they try to direct
you to comment on the new lines, completely ignoring the lines they are
eliminating. It's really frustrating.
