A question  for your DDOT colleagues (which I've added to Sandra's very
helpful document collecting questions) - Are there opportunities in this
hardening effort to make some of the surfaces permeable / rain gardens?
For example, there's quite a bit of concrete planned on Kentucky south of
Indy. Could the center portion of that be a rain garden?
