[Lincolnparkdc] FYI -- Future of RFK -- H.R. 4984 - Congressional Markup on NOW

The mayor has already commissioned a study on how to finance it (see 8/3/23
wapo article) which doesn’t sound like what she’d do if she was interested
in requiring him to pay his own way.
