[Lincolnparkdc] Recommendation for "Rockstar" Mike - simple outdoor jobs

Many of you may know (or recognize) our blonde neighbor, Mike, a Hill
resident for more than two decades.

I want to recommend him for low-stakes outdoor work like weeding, cleaning
up yard and alley debris, and even repainting your iron fences and other
iron decorative pieces.

He says he used to do a lot of brick work, including paint removal, and
repainting here on the Hill. We have not hired him for this, but you may
have need for his skills.

He is diligent and does a fair job for a fair wage. I often feel like I owe
him more than what I have paid him once the job is done.

Today we accepted his offer to weed the yard and clean up the alley, and he
mentioned that his rent has significantly increased.
He is in need of more odd jobs.

If he knocks on your door -shave and a haircut- consider answering him and
if you have any such work that you woud rather not do yourself, you may
find him to provide exactly the solution you need.
