[Lincolnparkdc] Basement Renovation and Stairway Redesign

We did a home renovation project and did this work. We worked with Fowler
architects to get approved plans (Jennifer is great!) and Jaime Santiago as
the contractor, and he was also great!  In our experience, it was really
worth it to have Fowler manage all the plans with DCRA and the historic
district, as we didnt have the bandwidth to sort through the bureaucracy.
