[Lincolnparkdc] ISO AirBnB/short-term apt starting asap

Hello Neighbors,

A friend's nephew just started interning for a Congressman, but his current
living situation requires multiple bus rides to get to Capitol Hill. He is
from a small town in NC and is already nervous about city living.

Does anyone have an airbnb or basement apartment available for the next two
months (or recommendations of a rental in the area you have used for
visiting family, etc)? He is hoping to find something in the ballpark of
$1,000/mo. Would love to refer him to a neighbor as opposed to an
anonymous listing.
