[Lincolnparkdc] LincolnParkDC’s relevance to the neighborhood

Some residents are lucky enough to have off street parking. The issue
affects residents who rely only on street parking more.

I’m very pro bike lanes and pro pedestrian safety, and believe that doesn’t
have to mean anti parking.  I believe we can have both.  People have cars
and need to be able to park them.
