[Lincolnparkdc] Ford Explorer parked in crosswalk at Kentucky and East Capitol

Agree 100%. This car owner always parks behind the sign and often as you note, partially blocking the crosswalk. These photos are from three different days just over the last two weeks. It’s extremely inconsiderate and also dangerous. Please find a legal parking space for your vehicle
