[Lincolnparkdc] rose rosette disease

Dear Neighbors, 

More neighborhood rose buses have come down with the virulent virus Rose Rosette disease.  It is highly contagious and spreading though the neighborhood since I first spotted it last year. 

I do not know if it was here before then as I was not paying attention but since walking my puppy around the hood I am stunned at how many bushes are infected.   I tried to contact the Arboretum but during the pandemic I do not think they are listening to their messages.  

I think we have to handle it on our own
