[Lincolnparkdc] Hit and run on Kentucky Ave

I’m now confused. The first message on Saturday suggested the Kia was hit by a Mini Cooper that then drove off. Dr Woo’s message this morning suggests two cars were hit by a third car 

I had assumed since we had pictures of the Mini Cooper’s license plate, the police should not have a problem solving it unless the Mini Cooper was stolen. 

I walked there yesterday. From where there is broken glass, it apparently happended in front of 109-111 Kentucky.  There was also a damaged car panel there whose source was not apparent. 

Can anybody clarify?
