[Lincolnparkdc] White Truck Parked in the alley next to 112 Kentucky Ave SE

Gee, this is the message I was going to write yesterday about someone on
the *odd *side of Kentucky or even side of 12th St with a white van
blocking the alley all day! (I couldn't tell, I just heard the saws and no
workers in sight to ask to move the truck.)
Contractors need to park on the street. Alleys are live action throughways
for your neighbors and their kids and pets.
