Summer in DC has some wonderful and not-so-wonderful things about it. One
of the not-so-wonderful things is an increase in street crime. Police in
the First District are warning residents about a series of
robberies/muggings that occurred recently on Capitol Hill and Hill East by
a group of suspects driving in a blue Toyota RAV4 with a Maryland temporary
tag of T0503803. Police recommend walking so that you're facing traffic, so
cars can't easily come up behind you.  If you see this vehicle, call the
police tip line at  (202) 727-9099.
