We switched to Clean Choice about 2 years ago. It is 100% wind and solar and bills through Pepco. They seem to have some wiggle room on rates and you should be able to lock in somewhere between 7.7 and 8.8 cents per kilowatt how. Just make sure that you have a fixed rate and can't be charged variable surge pricing. Also, they will send you a renewal rate annually, but if you call them they will negotiate it down.
My bill may be slightly higher than using vanilla Pepco, which is predominantly non-renewable power, but the difference is negligible.
There are other "clean energy" suppliers out there, but they don't all buy 100% from renewable sources, some achieve the "clean label" by buying renewal energy credit rather than buying 100% renewably generated power.

Hi neighbors,
Has anyone done the investigation into whether going with renewable energy option with Pepco is a good thing? Is the energy source really green? Is the cost substantially higher?
Thanks much.
