It is 100% wind and solar and bills through Pepco. They seem to have some wiggle room on rates and you should be able to lock in somewhere between 7.7 and 8.8 cents per kilowatt how. Just make sure that you have a<b> fixed rate </b>and can't be charged variable surge pricing.
