[Lincolnparkdc] City paper article on DC’s slow-moving vaccination plan

Article says that data published today show that DC has administered 42.4% of the total COVID-19 vaccines it has received and that only 35.9%  of available vax appointments are booked. 

The article points out that DC health director LaQuandra Nesbitt has repeatedly said one group does not need to be completely vaccinated before DC Health moves on to the next group.  

The next group to be vaccinated, after front line health care workers, is the 65+ group, which right now scheduled to be able to sign up at vaccinate.dc.gov starting on January 11.
