[Lincolnparkdc] Abandoned car 100 bl Kentucky

WOW! I had two-speed camera tickets (from the camera off Kenilworth Ave) in
one week. I refuse to pay them. I parked in front of my Aunt's house on E.
Capitol St. SE for less than an hour and my van was towed. The moral of the
story, all they want is money. I say flatten the tires and break the windo.
