[Lincolnparkdc] Abandoned car 100 bl Kentucky

I reported it for the first time a month ago and the complaint was closed saying it was not an abandoned vehicle. At that time I thought maybe they had already run it through the stolen car database. But it’s still there, never moved. 

I didn’t wait - yesterday I filled out a 311 request again to have the car removed. This time I added more information on the description of the car including that it’s tags and registration are expired. So we’ll see what happens.
