[Lincolnparkdc] Abandoned car 100 bl Kentucky

Hi Everyone-

Does anyone know who owns a *blue Toyota Corolla with expired Maryland tags
4CL735 parked in front of 125 Kentucky* Avenue SE? It's not moved for
months, doors are unlocked, it has a lot of trash in it and appears to be
inoperable. Worst of all, I saw a rat run under it the other night while
walking my dog, so I'm afraid it's now harboring rodents. If we can't find
the owner, I'll report it as an abandoned vehicle to 311 and maybe they can
tow it to the DC impound lot.
