Based on previous recommendations on this listserv, I just had Chuck Bauer in last week to replace 2 toilets, swap out a vanity and fix 2 leaky faucets.  It was a 2-visit job. He was terrific to work with.  His daughter Jessica does all the scheduling.

I hired them once. My impression was that their modus operandi was to make their 1st visit a consult/analysis w/ a 2nd visit needed to complete the work (at an additional charge…. ).
