We used Bauer for years, but they are slowly going out of business.  However, they did mention that Magnolia is available 24/7.  As it turns out, our furnace went out on a Saturday.  I have seen Magnolia trucks around so know that others have used them.  They have done a great deal of work for us.  I don't know how they compare pricewise to other companies, but they usually show up quickly in an emergency.Hazel

I’ve used Todd Plumbing (301) 852-3535. He just replaced a hot water heater, reliable and reasonable.  He was recommended by a neighborhood contractor.
