[Lincolnparkdc] In support for the bike lanes on Capitol Hill

A great idea to put an extra tax on those who have more than 1 car! My
part of my block (LP north) has 3 houses, 5 residences (2 Eng bsmts). One
house has 2 drivers, but 3 cars - a double cab pick-up, an SUV with an
exterior bike rack + a sedan (which is rarely used and is usually covered
with a tarp). How is this even possible? One house that uses 3-4 of 5
available parking spaces?
