[Lincolnparkdc] In support for the bike lanes on Capitol Hill

I was in Madrid last year and I can assure you the city is not car free.
And I second Ed’s emails- until you are in your 70’s/80’s - you have no
idea what parking in front of your house means to you.
We are a family of 6 with one car. There are plenty of families on our
street (100 block of 13th) with more than one car. Why don’t we start with
highly taxing people with more than one car to free up parking?
