[Lincolnparkdc] Final plans

Ms. Arlotto,

Can you back up this statement:
"BUT the fact is that our streets all over the city were built for speed,
so commuters could get in and out of the city as fast as possible."
I was under the impression that L'enfant designed the city for beauty, and
balance, using the Golden Mean, and a geometrically cascading plan using
stars and circles on top of a grid.


I still haven't seen the plan, the website, the criteria for success.
That hellacious zoom call was clear evidence that the city's DDOT people
have no interest in what the residents of the street think. I hate ending
sentences with infinitives, but we were LIED to. Can you blame us for being
suspicious?  A BIKE LANE goes up with no explanation in a tree space. Now
what?
And what laws are  being implemented, please tell us?
