[Lincolnparkdc] Reminder: alleys are for everyone

Hi neighbors, just a reminder that many of us use the alleys behind our
homes for exit and entry by car, bike, foot, or stroller. If you have
contractors doing work, a quick in-and-out for delivery or removal is fine,
but they shouldn’t be obstructing narrow passages or blocking gates or
garages for hours. They can park on the street during the day just like the
residents can. Thank you! --
