[Lincolnparkdc] Island!

Ya know, there are so many other things that should be done around here to
make things calmer.
Like
    MORE crosswalks. that's cheap.
    More bumps.
    Divert big trucks out of our area. I still can't fathom why they are
allowed to blunder by, shooting dirt and soot into our homes, putting so
much stress on our little roads.
