[Lincolnparkdc] re awaited revised diagrams for the Kentucky Avenue Advisory Bike project

I originally thought we were all going to get a chance to look at these by late last week. As of this morning, they're not available yet. I asked Will Handsfield. He noted that he expects them "any day now". I will share with Listserv as soon as I get them. I'm hoping tomorrow.
