[Lincolnparkdc] Lincoln Park closed

This is confusing.

The website says all Capitol Hill Parks PLAYGROUNDS are closed, not the actual parks. https://www.nps.gov/cahi/index.htm

Not that i'm advocating for heading over. It is just unclear messaging.

And let me take this opportunity to send all of you a virtual hug.
