[Lincolnparkdc] RE continuing questions on document renewals and DC Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) operations now and as we move forward

I figured it out.
The DMV sent me an email saying that my September appointment was canceled,
but it hadn't really been canceled.
I went in with my old appointment number and tried it a few times and
finally got to an appointment page that worked.
Fingers are crossed that I have a new appointment in june!
But jeeeeeesh!
