[Lincolnparkdc] RE continuing questions on document renewals and DC Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) operations now and as we move forward

If you have already made an appointment  for Sept you have to edit that
appointment. The system will not allow you to make a new one. I did this
yesterday to switch my Oct appointment to one for this month.
