[Lincolnparkdc] Are these your trash bags?

Hello all!  I hate to be the curmudgeonly guy, but.

 

Recently someone has been leaving trash bags, not in trash cans, in front of
our house.  Sometimes birds/rats get into the bags and scatter garbage
around.  Today birds had poked a hole in one of the bags to get at corn,
which was getting scattered on the sidewalk.  In any event, if people can
please leave trash in trash cans that would be much appreciated.
