Matt goes to Hair by Charlie on 9th and East Capitol. I'm not sure if they
have women's stylists there, but Charlie used to cut hair at the Senate
Barber Shop. Matt likes him. Might be worth a call to see if he's open and
if he or someone there also does Women's hair.
