[Lincolnparkdc] Lincoln Park trash / a Lincoln Park missioned community group

Hi Marche,
I know pre-COVID my wife and I hosted monthly trash pickups for just this
issue. From the looks of the photos (not condoning leaving trash on the
ground), it appears the trash cans are inadequate to support the current
use of the park. This is something we have spoken to NPS about and they
don't have the budget for bigger trash cans AND/OR for more frequent
pickups. This is a problem a friends group could help alleviate.
