[Lincolnparkdc] Is this your visitor blocking a fire hydrant?

I looked up DCMR 18, 2411.19(a) and it was repealed. Even as written, the regulation only permitted a vehicle to be within 25 ft of the intersection. For an explanation of interpretation of this regulation read this legal memo: https://anc6a.org/wp-content/uploads/ResidentialParkingDMV.pdf

 In      Interestingly, 2511.21 provides that “Vehicles displaying a valid residential parking permit may park at all times, within a designated residential permit parking zone, twenty-five (25) feet or more from the intersection.” This is a defense only where the no parking sign is more than 25 ft from the curb or where parking is restricted to 30ft because of a stop sign.
