[Lincolnparkdc] Is this your visitor blocking a fire hydrant?

I got one of those tickets too for parking on a corner (not in front of
hydrant) this week too. At 3:45 a.m. Talk about a bored cop.

Can you share with me the language you have used or plan to use to
challenge your parking ticket?
