[Lincolnparkdc] Attempting to go Solar ...any guiding advice?

I just received this document from Solar Solutions, I have to still read. I
was told though from their sales rep. Doug Lindamood that the tax credit is
still available for 2019 of residential properties that have been permitted
(installation to be in 2020). I am going to read this and attempt to
confirm. There is conflicting advice out there on this.
